The Big Taste 2014 Recap - Avec Bistro Edition
Once in a while, I have a craving for steak frites, so I was excited when I saw that it was on Avec Bistro's Big Taste dinner menu. The steak frites with Béarnaise sauce and Avec aioli did not disappoint - the beef was cooked perfectly rare. Next time, I would add a side of seared foie gras.
