Gruyere and olive amuse bouche - loved the flavour combinations. Refreshing pre-starter of courgette gazpacho w/ parmesan, lobster and roe. Jowl of Pork w/ Black Pudding, Gooseberries & White Carrots Baked in Dried Chicory for main. Hampshire Buffalo Milk Curd with Saint-Nectaire and a broth of grilled onions. Complex, but balanced flavours. The buffalo milk curd came with 
truffle toast. Yum. Pre-dessert of mulberry granita served as a delicious palate cleanser. Passion Fruit Soufflé with Sauternes Ice Cream. Dessert.
