Sweet & Savoury Treats from Éclair de Lune

Éclair de Lune offers a variety of reasonably priced menu items for fans of both sweet and savoury treats. Located at the corner of Northmount Drive and 40 Ave NW, this pastry shop is a convenient stop for those in the northwest of the city.

Sweet items include everything from éclairs and tarts to cookies and meringues. Le Croquant-Noisette is a standout dessert, combining chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline all wrapped up in a pretty package.

During my latest visit, I was also able to try the savoury offerings from Éclair de Lune. My new favourites include the flaky croissants stuffed with a delicious and rich ham and cheese filling and the buttery mushroom and cream cheese turnovers.

I will be adding Éclair de Lune to my ever growing list of go-to places for pastries in Calgary.
