Somehow neglected to try the famous breakfast poutine this time. Throwback theme for Diner Deluxe menu. Interesting decor choices - a couch and a fridge! Black currant spritzer Stuffed french toast - Urban Baker's rosemary apple flax sourdough stuffed with Sylvan Star gouda, Canadian bacon, rosemary syrup & hashbrowns. Interesting take on hashbrowns mixed with sweet potato bits. Grilled chorizo and sauteed spinach eggs benedict - two poached eggs on a buttermilk biscuit, basil hollandaise & hashbrowns.

Breakfast for Dinner at Diner Deluxe

For some reason, I cannot say no to breakfast for dinner. Diner Deluxe was no exception. Overall, I liked the retro atmosphere and menu choices. The rosemary infused stuffed french toast was oozing with gouda and the basil hollandaise on the eggs benny was delicious.

I actually enjoyed the signature hashbrowns mixed with sweet potato bits - a nice blend of sweet and savoury.

Would recommend stopping by for dinner. Not only are there no wait times, but service is quick during evening hours.
